Engr. Abdur Rahman is a distinguished oil, gas & LPG industry professional with over 23 years of experience in project development, operations, HSE, supply chain management & strategic leadership. Widely recognized as one of Bangladesh’s leading LPG experts, he has successfully led the development & execution of major LPG storage terminals, bottling plants, cylinder manufacturing facilities, fuel depots, pipelines, jetties & energy infrastructure projects across Bangladesh & internationally (mostly in Africa).
Throughout his career, he has held senior leadership positions with prominent energy companies, including Omera Petroleum Limited, Unitex Group & Societe Petroliere Limited., where he managed multi-million-dollar projects & large multidisciplinary teams. His expertise spans LPG infrastructure, EPC project management, engineering design review, regulatory compliance, procurement, operational excellence & organizational transformation.
